Below is the Texas Department of Emergency Management (TDEM) website. These trainings are free training through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Talking with an employee with the Office of Emergency Management (OEM) who is the director of the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) they recommend completion of the following:

IS-100, IS- 200, IS- 300, IS- 400, IS- 700, IS- 800, IS- 2200​
